Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the aiio labs website ("the Site") and Client Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or the Portal. These Terms apply to all users of the Site or the Portal, including administrators and client users.

2. Description of Service

The Portal provides access to AI presence evaluation reports, scoring data, and related analytics generated by the aiio labs evaluation platform. Access is granted on a per-account basis as agreed in your service agreement with aiio labs.

3. Authorised Use

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Attempt to access areas of the Portal for which you have not been granted permission.
• Use the Portal in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Portal content without prior written consent from aiio labs.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or evaluation methodology.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, scores, and materials generated by the aiio labs platform remain the intellectual property of aiio labs until delivered to the client as part of a completed engagement. Client-provided data (brand URLs, assets, descriptions) remains the property of the client.

5. Credit System

Evaluation runs consume credits from your account balance. Credits are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of aiio labs. Unused credits do not carry over beyond the period specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Portal and evaluation outputs are provided "as is". aiio labs does not warrant that evaluation scores will achieve any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aiio labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

7. Termination

aiio labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate Portal access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at the end of your service agreement. Upon termination, your ability to access reports and data through the Portal will cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

aiio labs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
